Embroidery FAQ

Common Questions For Our Embroidery:

1. Can I bring in / mail my own product for embroidery? 

Yes! We would love help you bring your piece to life, we do however, have a processing fee (varies each product) and an estimated 3-4 day timeline to customize out-of-store products.

2. Can I order a large quantity for a special occasion? (bridal party, birthday party, etc.) 

Yes! We would love to be apart of your special event and can offer bulk orders but ask you to plan ahead by two weeks for the order to be completed. 

3. What if I ordered my custom embroidery online and want it sooner then its eta

We do offer a rush service for an additional cost, please email us at 25willowboutique@gmail.com if you placed an order and would like it to be rushed 

4. What happens if I come to the store and there is a line? 

If there is a line, we offer a standard shipping fee of $5 for visitors or a local delivery service if you do not wish to wait. 

5. Can I return my embroidery? 

Due to each products uniqueness and time we put into each piece we DO NOT offer returns or store credit for our embroidery.

6. Can I gift someone a custom embroidery product?

Yes! We think our crewnecks and makeup pouches are the best types of gifts! We offer gift cards that you can purchase online or in store.
