Thinking twice about a purchase? No worries! While we do not issue refunds, We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from ship date to request a return for store credit. 

Custom Embroidery is FINAL SALE. 

All custom embroidery orders are final sale. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Once notification has been sent, the order is considered fulfilled. Failure to pick up an order does not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback eligibility.

Because custom embroidery is a personalized service completed specifically for the customer, refunds will not be issued once production has been completed.

Please refer to our online return portal to make a request for a return(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt with included tags. 

25 willow is not responsible for return labels.

-Homewares, accessories, sale items, and beauty products are final sale

-Discounted items due to damage or defect are final sale

-Returns for store credit only

-Items must have all original tags attached and be clean of any stains, debris, or smells to be eligible for a return

-If items do not meet the above standards, you will not receive store credit and will be responsible for covering shipping costs 

-Shipping is non refundable 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery confirmation on your order. 

Please email us at 25willowboutique@gmail.com and include pictures of damaged items. Please note certain colors in products may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify for a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For online exchanges, once we receive the tracking number we will ship out the exchanged product ASAP!
